Dorchester Primary Celebrates Positive Ofsted Report

Dorchester Primary School is celebrating a positive Ofsted inspection outcome following its inspection in May.

Under Ofsted’s revised framework, the school was recognised as meeting the ‘Expected’ standard across all inspection areas, with a ‘Strong’ grading for Inclusion,  a significant achievement that reflects the dedication and commitment of staff to meeting the individual needs of every child.

Inspectors were particularly impressed by the school’s work in supporting pupils and families, recognising the positive impact this has across the wider school community.

The report highlights the high-quality provision taking place throughout the school and the exceptional efforts made to overcome barriers to learning and ensure all pupils can thrive.

We would like to thank families who contributed feedback during the inspection process and congratulate the children, staff and wider Dorchester community on this achievement.
